Information collected at signup
The signup form may collect an optional phone number. Separately, it records whether SMS marketing consent was given, the version of the disclosure shown, the signup source (`website_signup`), and a consent timestamp only when consent is affirmative. These SMS signup details are stored with the associated account. Leaving the checkbox unchecked stores a non-consent status and no consent timestamp. Existing accounts are not automatically enrolled or backfilled.
