The disclosure states: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.” The website does not currently have an SMS sender/provider or operational handling for those replies, so these instructions are not confirmed to work. Do not activate or describe SMS sending as available until the owner/provider establishes and verifies STOP and HELP handling and a support contact.
Consent and membership
The phone field is optional, the marketing checkbox starts unchecked, and membership signup and the $60/month hosted checkout do not require SMS consent. This website stores the selected consent status and disclosure version with the account; it does not automatically enroll existing members.
